originally enagaged to assist a high growth business to control it's pace of change, over a period getting to know the business and its stakeholders, we decided to introduce a private equity partner to the business to help it take advantage of changing market dynamics, thus pivoting from the original stated aim of arresting growth and taking the business into a different league
we worked extensively with the owner managers of this group to create a diversified product set via a series of strategic acquisitions over approximately 5 years. As a market leader in its chosen field the business continues to grow via increasingly complex acquistitions and is ideally poised for its next phase of growth
we were introduced to this business by a previous client working in a similar sector. Originally enagaged to introduce a provider of much needed development capital, having successfully secured a venture capital partner we were invited to join the board as challenge partner to drive the 3 year business plan
we have been a retained adviser to this national fulfilment business for a number of years and provide strategic support to the board of directors. A varied role encompassing governance, strategy and general business development - our role flexes with the needs of the client and the board
